Terms and Conditions

Payment for table bookings is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. If the booking is not paid three days prior to the event, then the organisers reserve the right to refuse those guests admission to the event.

Bookings made within the last week before the event must be settled by credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellations received by 1 November 2025 will be refunded after the event, less a 20% administration charge. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to International Co-ordination Office (+30 210 4291196). A letter of receipt of cancellation will then be issued to you. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted as a method of cancellation.

Bookings and name amendments close at midday Athens time on Thursday 4 December 2025.
