The event will be held on Friday 4 December 2026 at the Athenaeum InterContinental in Athens.

Guest registrations will commence at 18:45 ahead of the Welcome Drinks Reception. The Awards programme and dinner will commence at 20:00.

Dress code: Business suits and cocktail attire.

Important: The capacity per table is strictly limited to ten (10) people.

Payment for table bookings is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. If the booking is not paid three days prior to the event, then the organisers reserve the right to refuse those guests admission to the event.

Cancellations received by 1 November 2026 will be refunded after the event, less a 20% administration charge. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. A letter of receipt of cancellation will then be issued to you. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted as a method of cancellation.

Bookings and name amendments close at midday Athens time on Thursday 3 December 2026.
